Workshop
Single-session workshops
Each workshop is designed to take your procurement maturity level one step higher. It goes beyond explaining the subject: you are given tools that can be applied in your company’s procurement department, and the methods for using them; in the case studies, teams can start using the tools with their own company data if they wish.
Eight modules, one system — the order matters
Taking the modules in numerical order is recommended — it is not a prerequisite; you can start with any module you like. Progressing in order lets you understand all the components of the system properly and apply them step by step in your company. Participants who take all eight modules work through the Capstone Case, in which all the tools are applied end to end in a single scenario, and receive the Maturity Level 3–4 procurement competence certificate. After the training, mentoring is offered for setting up and applying the system — in the Procurement School, the modules are covered as this complete whole.
