2. What information we collect
- When you provide it: name and surname, email, telephone, billing details, membership details, messages you send us.
- Automatically when you use the website: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, session and preference cookies.
- What we do not collect: credit card number, expiry date and security code. This information never reaches our servers.
3. What we use the information for
- To create your training enrolment, manage places and send you a confirmation
- To take your payment, issue invoices and make refunds where necessary
- To respond to your questions and requests
- To keep the website secure and prevent misuse
- If you have given permission, to inform you about new trainings
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Who we share it with
Only with the providers needed for the service to work, and only as far as necessary: the payment institution, the website hosting and database provider, the email delivery provider, the financial adviser and legally authorised public institutions. 5. Cookies

6. Payment security
Payments are taken through the infrastructure of the licensed payment institution iyzico. Your card details are transmitted directly to the payment institution; they are not seen or stored by us. All data transfer on the website takes place over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
7. Data security
Account passwords are stored irreversibly encrypted. Only authorised accounts can access enrolment and order data; access rights are restricted at database level. Even so, the absolute security of any transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed.
8. How long we keep it
Your membership details are kept for as long as your account remains open; order and invoice records are kept for 10 years as required by the relevant legislation. At the end of the period, the data is deleted or anonymised.
