2. Main characteristics of the service offered for sale
The services sold through this website are procurement trainings held on a specific day and at a specific time:
- Workshop — a single-session, hands-on procurement training.
- Procurement School — a training programme made up of several sessions, spread over several weeks.
The name, date, time, duration and content of each service are shown on the relevant programme page. The service does not involve the delivery of physical goods; the training is delivered face to face at the venue notified in the enrolment confirmation or, where stated on the programme page, as a live online session. There are therefore no shipping, delivery or packaging charges.
3. Sale price and payment
The sale price of each service is shown on the programme page and on the order summary screen before payment, including 20% VAT. The total amount shown in the order summary is the final amount you will pay; no shipping, delivery or other charges are added to it.
Payment is made on this website in a single instalment by credit or debit card, through the secure payment page of the licensed payment institution iyzico. Your card details are not seen, recorded or stored by the Seller.
4. Performance — delivery of the service
The service is delivered on the date and at the time stated on the page of the programme you purchased. When the payment is completed, the enrolment confirmation and the information about the training (including venue or online connection details) are sent to the email address you provided.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15(1) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts concerning services that must be performed on a specific date or within a specific period. Workshop and Procurement School services sold for a specific day and time fall within this scope.
Nevertheless, the Seller applies its own cancellation and date-change terms in favour of the participant. These terms are set out in the Cancellation, Refund and Attendance Terms published on this website, which form an integral part of this form.
6. Refunds
Where a refund is due, the payment is refunded to the card or account from which it was made. The refund terms, time limits and the options offered in the event of cancellations by the trainer are set out in the Cancellation, Refund and Attendance Terms.
7. Complaints and disputes
You can submit your requests and complaints by telephone or email using the details above. In the event of a dispute, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees at your place of residence within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, or to the Consumer Courts for disputes above that limit.
8. Your personal data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK) and the Privacy and Cookie Policy published on this website.
9. Retention of the form
Records relating to your order are kept by the Seller; your order summary and the agreement texts you confirmed are sent to you by email after payment and can be accessed from your account.
