1.2. Buyer

The person identified by the name, surname, address, telephone and email details provided when placing the order. These details appear in the order summary and on the invoice.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to set out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the procurement training services, with the characteristics and sale price stated below, that the Buyer purchases electronically through this website.

The services offered for sale are:

  • Workshop — a single-session, hands-on procurement training held on a specific day and at a specific time.
  • Procurement School — a training programme delivered in several sessions from a specific start date.

Owing to the nature of the service, no physical goods are delivered. The service is delivered face to face on the date and at the time stated on the programme page, at the training venue in Istanbul notified in the enrolment confirmation, or, where stated on the programme page, as a live online session. Provisions on shipping, delivery and packaging do not apply to this agreement.

3. Main Characteristics and Price of the Service

The name, duration, date, time and VAT-inclusive sale price of the service are shown before the order on the relevant programme page and on the order summary screen. By confirming the order, the Buyer is deemed to have viewed and accepted all of this information.

The prices published on the website are the current sale prices and include VAT. The Seller reserves the right to change prices; however, the price of completed orders is not changed.

4. Payment

Payments are made on this website by credit card, debit card or the other payment methods offered on the website. The payment infrastructure is provided by the licensed payment institution iyzico.

Card details are not seen, recorded or stored by the Seller; the transaction takes place directly through the secure infrastructure of the payment institution.

The enrolment is not deemed complete, and no place is reserved in the Buyer's name, until the payment is approved. A place added to the cart is held temporarily for a limited time only; if the payment is not completed within that time, the place is released for sale again.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15(1) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts concerning services that must be performed on a specific date or within a specific period. Workshop and Procurement School services sold for a specific day and time fall within this scope.

Nevertheless, the Seller applies its own cancellation and date-change terms in favour of the participant. These terms are set out in the Cancellation, Refund and Attendance Terms, which form an integral part of this agreement and are published on this website.

6. Obligations of the Buyer

  • The Buyer attends the training on the chosen date and at the chosen time and, for online sessions, provides suitable internet access for the connection. Time lost through late arrival is deducted from the session and is not made up.
  • The Buyer brings a laptop for the hands-on work; training materials, templates and data sets are provided by the Seller.
  • Use of the Buyer's own company data in case studies is optional, and the Buyer is responsible for having the authority to share that data; data shared in class is not used for any purpose other than the training.
  • The Buyer does not share with third parties the information and data shared in class by other participants.

7. Obligations of the Seller

  • The Seller delivers the purchased service on the announced date and time, for the announced duration and with the announced content.
  • The Seller provides the materials, templates and data sets required for the training.
  • The Seller sends the enrolment confirmation and the information about the training (including venue/connection details) to the email address provided by the Buyer.
  • If the training cannot take place because the minimum number of participants is not reached or because of an unforeseeable obstacle, the Seller offers the Buyer the options set out in the Cancellation, Refund and Attendance Terms.

8. Protection of Personal Data

The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK) and the Privacy and Cookie Policy published on this website.

9. Force Majeure

In circumstances beyond the parties' control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, decisions of official authorities or infrastructure outages, obligations are suspended. If the training cannot take place in such a case, the Buyer is offered a new date; if the Buyer wishes, they may request a full refund of the price.

10. Dispute Resolution

For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Courts have jurisdiction for disputes above those limits.

11. Entry into Force

By confirming the order electronically, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood and accepted all the terms of this agreement. The agreement enters into force at the moment the order is confirmed.
